اس گریوی نوں بنانے دے لئےکوئی خاص طریقہ نئيں اے بس ذیادہ تر گریوی تیار کرنے دے بعد اس وچ مکھن شامل کيتا جاندا اے۔ [۱۱]
- کاجو تے ٹماٹراں نوں فرائی کر کے اسنوں پیس کر ڈالیا جاندا اے۔
- الائچی شامل کيتی جاندی اے
- گریوی وچ کریم یا کھٹے دہی دا استعمال کيتا جاندا اے۔
- مکھن کوشامل کيتا جاندا اے۔
- گرم مصالحہ ، سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ، قصوری میتھی تے دھنیا دے پتے دا استعمال کيتا جاندا اے۔

Paneer Makhani as the name suggests is a very rich subzi from the lap of Punjab. It uses one of Punjabi cuisines most loved ingredients butter. In traditional Punjabi houses, the women folk make pure white butter from thick creamy milk.
