غتنی (/ˈɔːθniəl/ یا /ˈɒθniəl/; عبرانی: עָתְנִיאֵל בֶּן קְנַז, جدید Otniel Ben Knaz طبری ʻOṯnîʼēl Ben Qənáz) پہلے انجیل دے قاضی سن ۔غتنی دے نام دا مطلب ”خدا / ال میری طاقت ہے“ یا ”خدا نے میری مدد کیتی“ ہے۔[۱]
