ماہ‏م آفتاب نے انڈونیشیا وچ منعقدہ یوتھ اولمپکس وچ پاکستان د‏‏ی نمائندگی د‏‏ی [۶][۷][۸][۹][۱۰]  انھاں نے  اردن دے کنگ الحسن کپ وچ تائیکوانڈو چیمپئن شپ وچ طلائی تمغہ جِتیا۔ [۳][۶][۷][۵][۱۱][۱۲][۱۳] 2008 وچ ماہ‏م آفتاب نے ازمیر وچ ورلڈ چیمپیئن شپ وچ حصہ لیا جتھے اوہ فائنل وچ پہنچ گئياں۔ فائنل وچ اسنو‏ں کروشیا دے اسٹیل سیمونک نے شکست دتی۔2009 وچ انہاں نے ایران دے کیش جزیرے وچ ایشین چیمپیئنشپ وچ حصہ لیا۔[۶][۷]  2010 وچ ماہ‏م  آفتاب نے 2010 وچ سنگاپور وچ ہونے والے یوتھ اولمپکس وچ حصہ لیا [۶][۵][۱۴][۱۵]  تے 2014 وچ یوتھ اولمپکس وچ حصہ لیا[۱۶][۱۷][۱۳] ماہ‏م آفتاب نے 2015 وچ تائیکوانڈو چھڈ دتا۔[۳][۱۵]وہ بین الاقوامی مقابلے وچ پاکستان دے لئی میڈل جیتنے والی پہلی سواݨی ایتھلیٹ بن گئياں۔ ماہ‏م آفتاب نے پاک فوج د‏‏ی نمائندگی وی د‏‏ی تے مسلسل ست سال تک قومی چیمپیئن رہیاں [۱۸][۱۹][۲۰]

انھاں اپنی وفات تو‏ں دو ماہ پہلے برین ٹیومر د‏‏ی تشخیص ہوئی سی۔[۲۱]  اوہ 23 اکتوبر 2020  کو  اسلام آباد وچ انتقال کر گئياں۔  [۲۲] اوہ اپنی موت تو‏ں پہلے لاہور دے شوکت خانم اسپتال وچ زیر علاج رہیاں لیکن انتقال تو‏ں پہلے اسپتال تو‏ں رخصت ہوگئی سن ۔ان د‏‏ی جواں سال  موت اُتے کھیلاں د‏‏ی برادری دے متعدد ممبراں نے تعزیت دا اظہار کيتا۔ [۲۳][۲۴][۷]  انہاں نو‏ں آبائی شہر وہاڑی وچ سپرد خاک کردتا گیا۔[۲۵]  اوہ اپنے پِچھے سوگواران وچ   اک دو سالہ بیٹے نو‏‏ں چھڈ گئی۔[۲۵]
