اک قومی پکوان اس پکوان نو‏‏ں کہیا جاندا اے جو عام طور اُتے کسی اک خاص ملک وچ ہی بنایا جاندا ہو، یااس دا اوتھ‏ے بہت زیادہ چلن ہو[۱]۔ کسی پکوان نو‏‏ں مختلف وجوہات دے تحت قومی پکوان سمجھیا جا سکدا اے:

  • اک کھانا جو، علاقائی طور اُتے دستیاب اشیاء تو‏ں مخصوص طرز اُتے بنایا جاندا ہو، جداں افغانستان وچ کابلی پلاؤ۔

پلاو (O'sh), national dish in cuisines of Central Asia
Tumpeng is a national dish of انڈونیشیا. It is also served in neighbouring countries like سنگاپور.
Nasi lemak is a national dish of ملائیشیا served with anchovies, peanuts, boiled egg, lamb curry, cucumber, vegetables, and "sambal tumis" (hot spicy sauce).
Pierogi ruskie (Ruthenian dumplings), the most enduring of Polish culinary traditions, recall the Ruthenian culinary traditions of the former Polish eastern territories (Kresy),[۲] a national dish of Poland.
